1. General

The website is owned by LORIENT (“the Company”). These terms govern the relationship between the Company and any company or person browsing or using the website or its information (“the User”). The Company may change, add to or remove provisions from these terms, for all or part of the website, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The User bears sole and full responsibility at all times for knowing these terms and using the website in accordance with them.

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of all its terms without limitation or reservation. By using it, the User undertakes that neither the User nor anyone acting on their behalf will have any direct or indirect claim or action against the website, the Company, its operators, owners, managers or representatives. Masculine wording in the Hebrew terms is used for convenience and refers to both women and men.

Product prices include VAT as required by law. Product images are illustrative only and are not binding. The Company makes every effort to show images that reflect reality as closely as possible, but inaccuracies or errors may occur and the Company bears no resulting liability. The Company does not undertake to keep every model shown in stock. It may offer promotions and benefits and may discontinue them at any time without prior notice.

These terms apply to the website and its services through any computer or communications device, including mobile phones, iPads and handheld computers. Access to and use of the website, its content, information and services are subject to these terms and all applicable laws in Israel.

The website and its content are intended solely for private, non-commercial use, limited to selling and buying products through the website. No product may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or displayed without the Company's prior written permission. The trademarks displayed on the website belong to the Company, whether registered or not, and may not be used for any purpose without its prior written consent. The User undertakes not to use rights belonging to the Company or any third party, including copyrights and trademarks encountered while browsing. Linking to or displaying the website on other websites requires the Company's prior written approval.

2. Legal capacity

Any person or company taking any action on the website, including making a purchase (“the Customer”), declares by doing so that they have read and understood these terms and agree to their conditions and provisions. Use of this website is intended and permitted only for people aged 18 and over.

3. Jurisdiction

Your order and these terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute rests with the competent court in Beersheba.

4. Intellectual property

No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, published, marketed, distributed or used to create derivative works. The domain, the website itself and all intellectual property displayed on it, including trademarks, patents, copyrights and designs, are the Company's sole property. Accessing the website grants no licence or rights in them. All products shown are part of the intellectual property of the Company or of a third party that has authorised their use by the Company or its representatives. The User undertakes not to use rights belonging to the Company.

5. Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing defects, subject to proof of purchase and inspection by the Company. Inspection or repair will take no more than 30 days from the item's arrival at our offices. The warranty excludes damage not caused by a manufacturing defect or caused by unreasonable use. It does not cover accidents, falls, scratches or abrasions. The Company and its representatives are not responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the service or a product purchased on the website.

6. Information security and privacy

Respect for our customers' privacy and confidentiality is a top priority. During purchases, registration for the Company's customer club and browsing, customers may be asked to provide personal information. The Company takes customary precautions to protect its confidentiality as far as possible and undertakes to use it only for private purposes, including supplying products, updates, advertising and marketing information where approved by the customer, and communicating with users.

By registering on the website, the customer agrees to join the LORIENT customer club and to have their personal information stored in the Company's databases and used as described in these terms.

7. Confidentiality

The Company does not store customers' credit-card details in any database. Information provided by customers is used only to operate the website, fulfil and deliver orders through a delivery company, and provide information to customers. Subject to the above, the Company undertakes to keep personal details confidential and never sell, trade or transfer them to an unauthorised third party.
